OUR STORY

THE SPECIALTY JOURNEY

St. Julius Coffee is a family-owned, locally operated wholesale coffee business based in Woolner, NT founded by Dennis Christofis. Born out of a love for high-quality coffee and hospitality, our goal is to bring premium coffee with character to homes, cafés, and offices around Australia.

We source our green beans through trusted importers who work directly with farmers across key coffee-growing regions. While we don’t work with farmers directly yet, ethical sourcing and transparency are priorities as we grow.
